Position Overview 

Elite Care is seeking Remote MDs and NPs to provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) through a telemedicine platform. This role is ideal for providers experienced in hormone optimization and ongoing therapy management who are seeking flexible, fully remote work. We require that you can dedicate at least 5-10 hours minimum per week.

Responsibilities 

• Conduct virtual video consultations for HRT/TRT patients
• Evaluate patient symptoms, review laboratory results, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Initiate and manage HRT, TRT, and related hormone therapies when clinically appropriate
• Educate patients on hormone health, including risks, benefits, and treatment expectations
• Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical guidelines and state regulations
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation within the telemedicine platform

Qualifications 

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school or licensed NP
• DEA license required
• Board certified
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Multiple state licenses preferred (5+ a plus, not required)
• Experience with HRT/TRT or hormone optimization strongly preferred
• Telemedicine experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong computer skills and comfort with telehealth platforms
• Bilingual candidates are a plus

Role Description:

This is a part-time remote role for a Telemedicine Physician at Elite Care. The Telemedicine Physician will be responsible for conducting virtual patient consultations, providing medical advice, prescribing medications when appropriate, and maintaining accurate medical records.

We are currently onboarding providers who specialize in Acute Care, GLP 1, and TRT, men's health, women's health visits.

The virtual (SYNC) visits are video and last between 10 – 15 minutes. Hours of operation are 8 am – 7 pm. The Majority of our visits are ASYNC

Volume of patient visits will be dependent on the schedule of availability you provide in the

software and how many states you are licensed in ( 5+ state licenses preferred but not required.) Software training is provided by the client.

Qualifications:

• Telemedicine experience and proficiency in conducting virtual consultations
• Strong diagnostic and treatment skills
• Board certification and active state medical license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in diverse medical fields
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with telemedicine platforms

Elite Care is seeking licensed MDs and NPs to provide remote telemedicine services across a range of patient care offerings, including GLP-1–based therapies, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), when clinically appropriate. This role is ideal for providers experienced in virtual patient care, evidence-informed prescribing, and personalized treatment planning who are seeking flexible, fully remote work.

Responsibilities 

• Conduct synchronous and asynchronous virtual patient visits 

• Evaluate patient symptoms, medical history, and relevant laboratory data 

• Determine clinical appropriateness for treatment plans involving GLP-1 therapies, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, HRT, and/or TRT 

• Educate patients on treatment options, medication use, potential benefits, risks, and expectations 

• Prescribe medications based on clinical judgment, current standards of care, and state regulations 

• Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans as indicated 

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation within the telemedicine platform 

• Collaborate as needed to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care 

Qualifications 

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school, or licensed Nurse Practitioner 

• Board certified 

• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license 

• Multiple active state licenses preferred (5+ a plus, but not required) 

• Experience with GLP-1 therapies, hormone management, Men’s Health, or Women’s Health preferred 

• Telemedicine experience preferred 

• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills 

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting 

• Proficiency with computers and telehealth platforms
