    Position Overview 

    Elite Care is seeking Remote MDs and NPs to provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) through a telemedicine platform. This role is ideal for providers experienced in hormone optimization and ongoing therapy management who are seeking flexible, fully remote work. We require that you can dedicate at least 5-10 hours minimum per week.

    Responsibilities 

    • Conduct virtual video consultations for HRT/TRT patients
    • Evaluate patient symptoms, review laboratory results, and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Initiate and manage HRT, TRT, and related hormone therapies when clinically appropriate
    • Educate patients on hormone health, including risks, benefits, and treatment expectations
    • Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical guidelines and state regulations
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
    • Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation within the telemedicine platform

    Qualifications 

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school or licensed NP
